My Background.

I began my fitness journey eleven years ago. Unaware of proper form and basic fitness program design rules, I went through the motions as most teenagers do. I refused other’s advice and exercised as I saw fit. Ignorant to the harm that I was causing my body, I accumulated one injury after another.

Enough was enough. At age eighteen, I matured and took my fitness to the next level. I registered and passed the NASM CPT exam and applied for a personal trainer position at 24 Hour Fitness in Chino Hills, CA. I got the job and trained at that location for three and a half years. I graduated from CSUF in the fall of 2013 with a bachelors and high honors in kinesiology. While in college, I developed an unparalleled passion for strength conditioning and personal fitness. My love for fitness and training others demanded change. I left the corporate gym setting and started my own personal training business

In March, 2014, I launched Grizzly Baird Fitness in Chino and have not looked back since.  Whether you’re looking for a personal trainer to help you with weight loss, or one on one personal fitness training with none of the boot camp mentality, I am here to help you on your personal fitness journey.


Open-mindedness. There are a ton of different personal training and nutrition styles in the fitness world. Contrary to popular belief, not all styles are compatible with all clients. I conduct my personal training business with an open-mind, and understand that not all clients are the same. My personal style takes the backseat to your needs. Together, we will determine which fitness philosophy suits you, your lifestyle, and your capabilities the best.


As a passionate and well-educated coach, I care about you and your success. Ultimately, your results fuel my motivation to train. I promise to go above and beyond my duties as your trainer to get you the results that you so long for, with one caveat- you must meet me half way. With your commitment, we will succeed together. We will build you a program from the ground up to suit your capabilities and lifestyle. We will chip away at your fitness goals one pound at a time with precision, and never look back.
